How I Work

As a holistic and complementary healthcare practitioner I have worked in Health and Wellbeing for 25 years, initially driven by my own desire to work on my self-esteem issues. Having undergone therapy, calm and ready for life, I was excited what the future had in store for me.  I really want to help others achieve what I had experienced. Over the following years, I trained in the subject of Analytical/Clinical Hypnotherapy with Psychotherapy. From there, I have studied many different therapies to get to the root cause of people’s problems.   

Two therapies that have particularly impressed me and I find that I am using more and more in my practice are:

The BioEnergetics System by NES has taken health to another level just by either scanning your voice or hand I can get into the bodies energetical system within seconds and identify where problems and imbalances lie.  I can scan Humans, Horses, Dogs and Cats.

Systematic Kinesiology was another therapy that blew my mind in how we can tap into the bodies energy field and find the root cause of illness.

In conclusion I have developed my own way of working with Clients that combines different therapies and techniques to get to the root cause of symptoms and bring about an everlasting change.

Please be assured that while working with you, I often don’t need to know the details of events that happened to you.  I can work pretty much ‘blind’ because what matters is your response to a situation, rather than what happened. Everything we discuss is confidential.
